Mint is the culinary venture of Namastee LLC, the passionate dream of Bhim and Chandra. Our Chef is an alumnus of the prestigious Institute of Hotel Management and Culinary Arts, Kolkata, India, has been venturing into Indian cuisine in the last 17 years.
